The marina was rebuilt in 2016 and reopened 12/2017. The only component not replaced is the wooden fixed dock and the metal ramp that leads to the concrete floating docks. There are restrictions for use both from the Association & DNR. Depth at low tide is 13' but buyer needs to verify this at low tide. This depth is good for larger boats but also can experience rough water when storms are occuring.
