Nancy Sumerford Phelan
An Associate Broker at Georgia Coast Realty, Mrs. Phelan is a life member of the Circle of Excellence and graduate of the Georgia Realtor Institute (GRI). Nancy moved to St. Simons from Atlanta in 1972 and was first licensed in 1976. Originally from Americus, GA, she is an honor graduate of the University of Georgia-A native Georgian who knows the island and the lifestyle it has to offer. A volunteer in many organizations, such as The American Cancer Society, Safe Harbor, and Christ Church Tour of Homes, she is also a member of the St. Simons Land Trust, Coastal Georgia Historical Society, Christ Church Frederica and the Golden Isles Arts & Humanities. She and her husband Bill reside at 419 Mimosa Drive, West Point. |
